Appointments/Cancellations

When you make an appointment, we reserve that time slot for you. If you know that you will be unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us immediately for rescheduling, and allow us to fill your massage therapist's time slot. We appreciate your assistance and understanding with this policy.

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.  Any cancellations less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  After two cancelations under 24 hours an appointment must be pre-paid.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct or behavior.

Anyone under age 18 is required to have an adult accompany them to all appointments.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, or Visa or MasterCard.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not redeemable in cash and cannot be returned, but they are transferable.

Privacy

We only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver the services or information you have requested.

Secondly, we don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Fremont Professional Massage & Bodyworks. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes here on the site. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, you should check back here periodically, or contact us.
