Lifetime Warranty
Custom Craftworks guarantees the structure of our portable
tables against defects in materials & craftsmanship to the
original purchaser. Custom Craftworks foams carry a
manufacturer’s warranty against defects for 5 years and their
fabrics for 3 years. Stationary table warranty is 10
years. On-site chairs, 5years; most accessories,2 years;
sewn goods, 90 days; Gel-Packs, 180 days. This warranty
does not cover damages caused by improper setup, accidents,
misuse and/or tears or cracks in the upholstery. Warranty
is limited to repair or replacement of the table at Custom
Craftworks’ discretion.
In addition to selling bodywork equipment by Custom Craftworks, we also
have massage tables and chairs available for rental.
